Before applying, please read the rules and responsibilities of the organisation. Final rules are approved by the Trust.
1. Accurate information
Members must give their correct name, contact details and required documents in the application. If any information is found to be wrong, the application may be reviewed or cancelled.
2. Code of conduct
All members must behave respectfully, follow the law, and use the organisation’s name responsibly.
3. Identity & authorisation
ID cards, designations and appointment / membership letters are issued or published only after official authorisation by the Trust.
4. Official representation
No member may make official announcements, promises or financial commitments on behalf of the organisation without written authorisation.
5. Events & notices
For meetings, events and important notices, follow only the official communication channels of the organisation (this website and the official social media pages).
6. Approval
Every membership application is subject to verification and approval by the organisation. Detailed rules are provided by the Trust.
